ABOUT THE BOOK Our Husband Is Dead is a play portraying the effect of polygamy in some African families. Ojiako, the head of the family meets his death in the hands of his second wife, Chinonso, who wants to influence her husband's love towards her at all cost. In order to achieve her aim, she goes to a traditional medicine man who gives her love charm that ends up annihilating the husband and ruining her life and destiny.
