Description
THE BOOK The Wang-kaghii mosaic assumes a byzantine web structure when unexplainable things start happening in the village. The king does not have answers to the strange happenings and would not allow the vibrant youths, who are in a cranky mood to seek solution elsewhere. The edgy relation that develops between the King and the Village Youth Vanguard makes the King lose some vital leverage over his subjects. Tongues begin to wag as to the true identity of the King, who requires absolute trust and obedience from his people, both young and old. The young would like to trust, but must verify the object cum subject of their trust. The King, backed by his ever supportive and loyal cabinet members are unrelenting in their demand. The ever combative youths, with a vehemence that is unmellowed by any sense of duty and obligation, dare the King and his cabinet by inviting Kaballa, the revered Wizard of Wang to show them the way out of their socio-pathological quagmire. This forms the back drop for an endless gigantic web of subterfuge, deceit, intrigue and consequently violence that would later engulf the entire clan. The Wizard of Wang is an accomplished work that can come from the stable of an equally accomplished writer anywhere in the world.
