Description

Ododo's central theme espouses the existentiality of man. He chooses for himself and sets all machinery in motion to execute his choice of actions. His anxieties for achievements drive him to the extreme and also to damn all consequences, good or bad... In her attempt to get to power, the Queen of Emepiri Kingdom sacrifices the baby in her womb. The baby(Princess) is to die on the day of her wedding to an Igedu prince whom she is betrothed to by her father, the Eze of Emepiri Kingdom ... The Queen moves to substitute a royal blood for the life of her only child ... The princess chooses to die to terminate the imminent destruction of Emepiri Kingdom by the Igedus who want to recover their crown to preserve the life of their king.
