ABOUT THE BOOK Love Twirls of Adiitu and Iyunade is a stage adaptation of D.O Fagunwa's classical novel Adiitu Olodumare. The play captures the labours of love that characterize the nuptial journeys of Adiitu and his beloved, Iyunade. It also presents the stages of growth into manhood which every man must pass through on our pilgrimage here on earth. With characters such as Esuleyin-Ibeji, there is a conscious representation of the many people man has to meet in life; the good, the bad and the ugly. Love Twirls aptly captures the aesthetics of the traditonal communal existence of man.
