Urhiodoland is boiling. The gods are weeping. Fear struts the streets; insecurity and uncertainty are a whirlpool encircling the land; the youths' teeth are set on edge; and federal might-symbolized in jackboots and muzzles of guns-plays the prefect in this jungle of inequities and inequalities. The people, long-suffering victims of oil spills, gas flares, loss of farmlands and fishing waters, must also now endure the desecration of their gods' shrines. Will they break, will they bend or will there be a final break from the seasons of oppression?
