In this story anyone who owns or has a lawful possession of property may arrest a person committing a criminal offence in his presence or in a relation to that property. Hence, drivers, watchmen, private security workers come in. Indeed in this era of moral bankruptcy and lawlessness, it is necessary for citizens to be intimated of their lawful rights to protect themselves, their beloved ones and the entire community on the various ways and means of making lawful rights.
