Description

Emenike is a young war veteran just back from the battlefield. Smarting for vengeance after the loss of Biafra, he starts with unleashing a reign of terror in the village. His mother marries for him so that he could settle to a regular family life, but he rejects the girl... though he indulges in occasional romantic clichés with her. His whole being is in deep waters, symbol of Biafra he championed and fought for. All attempts to convince him to the new reality fails; but a new light dawns when by sheer personal experience into an enduring artistic creation, but will he live to see the apotheosis of his goddess? When the chips are down, and Emenike over the girl his mother married for him, chooses to turn the other side and swim in the deep waters to stake his chance with his goddess.
